Try the TDIclub.com for help on the EGR/Intake Manifold cleaning. It is not
that hard to do.
However it is an extremely dirty mess inside the manifold. There may be
someone in your area willing to help the TDI club is the best source for
help or info on that engine. if you have any questions let me know.. Chuck
