[Vwdiesel] Head gasket and studs needed

My 85 Jetta TD needs a head gasket and studs, and I'd appreciate advice on 
sourcing the parts.

I wish I had used Raceware or similar non-stretch studs the last time I 
replaced this head gasket....maybe 10 years ago.
I'm getting oil in the coolant again. That is why I replaced the first head 
gasket.

Researching the archives reveals Sandy, Gary and Nick talking about ARP 
251-4701 head studs being as good as Raceware  at a better price. But maybe 
they were talking about studs for a TDI.

Google search shows this part number for a 4 cylinder Ford block.

All my search results for ARP show only the VW 1.8 engine.

I want to get the right studs, and would appreciate a part number (for my 
85 Jetta TD) from someone who used the ARP's and who knows they worked.

Anybody used these studs on a  1985 1.6 TD?
