Evan,
One leaky seal does not mean a rebuilt pump!
The seal on the throttle shaft is nothing more than an o-ring.

I can be definitely be replaced in-car. I don't have the size off the
top of my head, but you can get the entire seal kit from your local
Bosch jobber(most big rig shops) for ~$27.
