  Dunno, it's not that way here!  I have a couple friends 
and relatives that drive school bus and I commented about 
how slow on of the other district busses was going up a hill 
I seemed to always end up behind.  He said that was probably 
as fast as it could go!  He said the older ones pulled the hills 
better and the 671 busses REALLY pulled them well.  The newer 
ones did fine on the flat but pulled way down on the hills.
