[Vwdiesel] 91 ecodiesel idler pulley fell off!

My a2 Bentley is on backorder.

Can anyone tell me the correct torque for the idler pulley (and any
other torques for replacing the belts on a 91 ecodiesel with a/c and
power steering?

And any thoughts on the little chunk of belt stuck behind the a/c
pulley?
