[Vwdiesel] None Diesel, old Audi 100 sighting, I have never seen before

[82 Diesel Westy]

Today as I was filling the TDI with diesel I was next
to a car carrier that has some very rare old cars,
late 50's Porche prior to 912 I think.

Also, a late 70's Audi 100 Fuel Injected 2 door.  Same
grill setup as my 79 Audi 5000D, maybe it was a 76 or
78 Audi.

Were Audi 100's available for sale in US way back
when?
