There ARE already about 3 drain holes per door. The trick is to
flush them out on a regular basis so that leaf debris, dust and
glop don't build up enough to plug them every so often. I always
flush out the doors on a "new" car and then do a minor hosing
down the glass every time I wash the car. Usually once a year
I make sure all the holes are clear by opening the door and
hosing the outside glass seal. Not only will that keep the door
draining, it gets rid of moisture retension that rusts the metal
from the inside out.
