Thanks Guys... I've been out crawling around in the
dust working on the vans for a while... Thanks for the
replies...

I think I've found a couple in the UK that are a
match... (Golf GTD) so lets see what happens next
week... If not I'm going to buy a new one...

The pistons weighs in at 668grams including the pin...

The van is a 1987 syncro caravelle... from the colour
and the extra wireing and roof arials I guess it was
in the fire service at some point...

Pulling a dash and double lights off a van tomorrow to
see if they fit on this one (round lights)
