  The old one did.  I don't think this one's started that yet 
except for the fact of being loose and vibrating in the 
socket.  Mostly I notice the light flickering or coming 
on dimly to near full brightness depending on the 
electrical load... Lights, wiper and heater fan and it's
full brightness!
  I was thinking Roger had also found that a new sensor 
fixed several "bad" relays that he'd tested
  IP seems to be leaking about a gallon/tank again too.
Haven't had a chance to lift the hood and look where 
exactly yet.  I'm about ready to send it to Seattle for a 
complete re-seal.  :-P
