     Thanks to your replies.  I ended up borrowing a
friends air hammer and I was able to drive the bolt
through to the little ear that it goes through, then I
took a puch and drove it the rest the way through. 
That was the drivers side the one that had the stuck
bolt.  I then did the passenger side and it came out
no problem at all.
