Yes, the tool seems to be from some German company, not sure where the guy I got the 
filters from obtained it from.  It is an impressive piece of steel.  Also the little tabs 
are undercut a little in order to not slip out of the fixture on the bottom of the filter.

Thanks, that looks like the best option, below the list price and no shipping, can't beat 
it.  Also, they list the filter brand, which is handy, seems many of the on-line places 
just list "Oil filter", no idea what you are getting.
