[Vwdiesel] timing tension

  There is one catch though.  The IP will rotate a bit forward 
as you pull the belt off so you have to be sure to rotate the 
pump BACK that half tooth rather than slip the belt on with 
it rotated (it will slip on that tooth about as easily as the 
correct one).  Other than that I've and had a friend also 
change timing belts, set tension correctly (calibrated arm)
and when we checked the timing, it was within the .02mm 
checking specs.  :-)
