[Vwdiesel] negative aspects of burning water

Ron,
I have concluded that were I to undertake the manufacture of my own hybrid
EV it would indeed employ a small diesel engine. I am talking the rather
intensive and major modification of an existing used car.
A VW 1.6L turbo diesel is a prime engine candidate for my idea.
