[Vwdiesel] negative aspects of burning water

Hi Rob,

Yes, that would be a good start for a mid size car or small  to mid size 
SUV.  When I built a Diesel/Electric hybrid, I used a 17HP Kubota tractor 
diesel engine and an electric motor to replace the 1.7L fuel injected gas 
motor.  After driving it for a while, I decided that 17HP was not quite 
enough but it was close.  I think for my hybrid, 25 to 35 HP would have been 
best.
