And what is that?  Unline the power demands of an airplane, the power demands 
for vehicle cruise are highly dependent upon grade, wind, and road 
conditions.  Those vary considerably.  For example, what is an acceptable
cruise grade? 3%, 6%? In some areas, interstates exceed those grades,
given local circumstances.  Add in winds, curvy roads, etc, and the 
cruise setting doesn't looks like it would in Kansas or NW Ohio.
