  It's not THAT critical for a while.  :-)  Get under the car and 
back at the RR wheel is where it is on the A2 bodies.  It's a 
plastic tank with a big knob on it. Never heard of one being on
an '84 Quantum though.  Be gentle, the knob only has to loosen 
a turn or so and if it comes off it's broken.
  More often than not a flicker in the gp light ends up being a 
bad/marginal relay or gp temp sending unit.
