I need help from any listees that live in or near Windsor, Ontario
Canada. I made a deal with a guy on Kijiji to purchase an AAZ TD
pump. Ultimately I used his girlfriends Paypal account to pay him
$230. He has never shipped the pump. At first he made a bunch of
excuses. Then he gave me a false Canadian Post tracking number,
finally he has refused to answer emails or phone calls. I am in the
process of filing Federal mail and wire fraud charges against him and
have made preliminary contacts with the Windsor police on the same
charges. What I was hoping is that someone who lives near by my want
to stop by and persuade him to either ship the pump or refund my money
(BTW Paypals refund guarantee is a farce!). I would also like us to
get the word out on this guy in the VW diesel community that he is a
scammer. His information is as follows:

Sylvester John-Franklin
1543 York St.
Winsor, Ontario, Canada N8X 1W5
Phone: 519-977-6117
email: mk2jettatd at hotmail.com

His girlfriend, who participated in the scam is Tina Edmonson, address
unknown.

I would appreciate any help I can get in this process. I may not get
my money back, but I want to make sure no one else gets scammed!!!
