[Vwdiesel] 81 Rabbit blinker on the blink + door handle question

It's the Relay.  Lots of times if you put your Finger on it while on you can
feel it working.

hey all
my 81 Rabbit seems to have suffered a directional signal relay meltdown
blinking started becoming more and more rapid over a period of days now
blinking is almost continuous, resulting in a solid glowing directional bulb
front and back all 4 seem to still work, so it does not seem to be a bulb
can anyone confirm that this is indeed the relay?
anyone know which relay to replace?

also, I recently replaced door handles with some relatively cheap
(Mexican?) aftermarkets
driver's side no longer works (and actually I am locked out of the car at
the moment because of that) anyone know what brand to look for for best
quality / price?
anyone know if you can replace all 4 tumblers and keys for a reasonable
price? (driver's side tumbler doesn't work either, since I put it in the new
handle)
