Well it spends most of its time shut off, the engine is not in the vehicle
yet (I am hesitant to put it in until the engine can run on its own. Air
would leak back through the return line pretty quickly I suspect especially
as the engine is starting. Thats the only thing I can see stopping the
engine from running consistantly
