I'd say there is a good chance either the feed line to the controls are 
broken or the control itself is bad. Try pulling the control panel and 
checking for vacuum from one of the lines. If you have vacuum there, then 
hook it to each other line and see if that changes where the air goes. If it 
does, the control is probably either internally broken or plugged up.

BTW, in the future you might want to edit the subject line so we know what 
it's about. Also, if you trim the bottom of your posts (everything not 
necessary) it saves bandwidth. That is, someone has to pay for it :(
