Yeah, I'm sad to see it go too. Annoying part was I did a pile of work
to it this summer, struts, suspension bushings, etc etc....
It was a nice little Jetta, and the new black car almost makes up for it
:-)
I'll PM you about the CD. I do have the "media kit". I don't think
Loren does.
Dealer gave me the same line about oil change intervals too, every
8000kms. I have a source for Elf oil now. Considering how well the air
stuff was serviced to prepare it for sale, I'm on the dealer's ass about
the oil, as in they can jolly well send me oil and filter, and I'll do
it myself so I know it has been done.
I was surprised to find out that the 2 litre Passat tdi uses 90,000miles
as a t-belt change interval.
