[Vwdiesel] Fuel color

I first saw this light blue diesel and I believe it
signifies ULSD here on the east coast.  Could have
been the same for LSD (500ppm), but that was only
around for a few years.  Now almost all road diesel
sold on east coast is ULSD (50ppm)
Blue is the identifier in my book.
