  Yeah, found out today I CAN get the wiper blade for about $16
but I was hoping for the wing on the arm so I don't have to find 
a dealer EVERY time I want to change the blades!  On the arm it's 
permanent until something big happens to it.  Just bugs me that 
it seems like every other VW has it and our two Passats don't and 
REALLY need it!
