[Vwdiesel] Head R/R Poll

  Yup, I always leave the manifolds on.  Takes 45 minutes or so to 
do them in the car, about 5 minutes with an air wrench on the bech!
I think I've done with and without the turbo.  Seems like last time I 
actually left the turbo in the car and pulled the head and manifolds 
off without it.  Can't do that with studs though.
