Hi Travis-
The cracks are likely just fine and nothing to worry about. In the older diesels, they are very very common. Some peen them closed if the head is off, and some do nothing else. (I did nothing when I had my head off.)
Seriously, if they are just tiny cracks between the valves, forget about it..
Also, your messages would be much easier to read if it was broken into more than one paragraph...
