[Vwdiesel] Diesel prices

I was just up in Chicago and saw prices of 3.999/gal.  That was 80 cents 
higher than gas.  Anyone know what's going on?  Barring that, anyone 
know where to buy sodium hydroxide for some bioDiesel?  Even then, the 
last deli I talked to said that they no longer had to pay for grease 
hauling.  Sounds like even the economics of that are shifting away from 
our favour.
