[Vwdiesel] Crankshaft to Timing Belt Sprocket Connection

I just had the SAME issue on my 92 Eco Diesel TD.
My bolt was not that tight as my timing kept moving
around enough to nip pistions with valves at high
rpms. I would reset the timing and things would be ok
for a bit and then hard starting again, smoking,
obvious signs of timing being off.
When the bolt was removed, same thing, but this motor
had a major head crash before I got the car.
I used this to replace and all is fine now.
