[Vwdiesel] 1.9 diesel pump difference from 1.6

  Spacer/s if necessary.  :-)  A little time, some stock aluminum 
and a pattern and thickness measurement and I could crank one 
out on the mill if necessary.  Otherwise three spacers and 
reworking the rear bolt mount would do it.
