[Vwdiesel] 1.9 diesel pump difference from 1.6

More expensive option is to find the front mounting
plate and base mounting bracket for a 1.9AAZ block.
They must be available.  Canadian junk yards should
have them.  Anything 93 to 98 should be OK.
