[Vwdiesel] 12mm head on 11mm shortblock

Loren,

Does the spacer align the head?  My concern would be the 11mm bolts rattling
around in the 12mm holes...

  It's possible to put a 12mm bolt head on an 11mm block.  You 
have to put a spacer in the center oil return hole in the block I 
believe  You CAN'T drill out the block for the stretch bolts!  They 
are enough prone to cracking if you have ANYTHING in the holes 
during assembly.  No way there's even close to enough metal to 
tap out larger and longer.
