Thanks for the leads but so far, have not been able to find any 9 mm bolts for sale. However, I called our local NAPA Auto Parts store & found they had a 9 mm, 1.25 pitch tap & die so I bought them. Less than $10 for both. I used the die to re-thread (4) 3/8" 1" long bolts to the 9 mm 1.25 thread so it looks like this will work OK. Didn't take much time either, much less than the time looking for the 9 mm metric bolts.
