[Vwdiesel] no turn signals 81 pickup

  Yeah, I've had issues where turning on the hazards 
would fix the problem.  There's just the one realy for 
the flashers so that's the one to find.  If both bulbs 
are out on the same side the I think that causes them 
to do that as well.  One and it'll flash fast.
