  As Mark suggested, compare.  :-)
  Usually slow cranking is from a bad/weak battery, need of new,
BIGGER battery cables and sometimes it's the starter.  Cleaning 
and lube sometimes helps but usually a rebuilt replacement solve 
an actual starter issue the best, from my experience.  That was 
with the old, non PM starter though.
