[Vwdiesel] Golf alternator belt tensioner pulley

I have a 85' Golf with a 1.6 N/A Diesel and AC. The belt setup is a
nightmare. The crank-to-water pump-to AC belt is tensioned by a jacking bolt
on the backside of the AC. The alternator belt is tensioned by a jacking
bolt on the tensioner pulley. My Golf destroyed the alternator belt which is
under the crank belt (requires removal of the crank belt to install the new
alternator belt). Upon disassembly, I found the tensioner pulley bearing
seized. Are these bearings still available from the dealer? If I'm
describing this bearing to a parts house, what is the proper name for it to
get the correct bearing. Does anyone have a part number for this bearing or
for the whole assembly? I thought it was a sealed bearing but I can see that
two balls are missing and the remaining ones are blue. I'm pretty sure it
was hot!
