  Not sure where the bolts are left over from but the vacuum pump 
should only be held in with one 13 mm headed bolt on a "clamp" 
just like you should be familiar with for holding down a distributor.
  The 5 cylinder cars have a rotary vacuum pump fastened with a 
couple nuts and bolts on the back of the head but yours should be 
just like a distributor.
