[Vwdiesel] Ignition switch.

I too, have a Ford (Escape), and would agree, but a 90' Jetta looks more
like something straight out of the late '70s, separate shoulder and lap
belts, no airbags, crank windows, add-on duct work along the bottom of the
dash for the A/C. There is no passive or active theft deterrent system in
this thing, it even starts in gear. lol
I had the whole steering column apart but still couldn't see how to get the
tumblers out, there is a 'plate' on the side that is flush (almost
inset) with it's surrounding, and figure that is what I need to take
off, just wondering if someone already figured out just exactlly how it
comes out.
