[Vwdiesel] Dasher Gas to to Diesel conversion?

  Been a LONG time since I've seen one about that age!  I think 
the fenders are more rounded or something.  Body is basically 
the same, yet different from what I can remember.
  Engine should bolt in.  The rest is where the work comes in.
  Personally I don't like those earlier ones as well.  Much more 
plain and spartan feeling.  Same way for most of the pre 79 or 
80 Rabbits.  Kinda reminds me of an old Audi Fox or 100LS.
