[Vwdiesel] Rebuilt IP / Engine Won't Start

I accidentally missed....

Thanks so much for all you help and advice on my IP pump problem.  THE TRUCK 
NOW RUNS!!!!

I tried everything with the "rebuilt" pump, but tonight I gave up and

installed a very old pump that has sat on a shelf for untold number of 
years.  You guessed it... truck fired right up and runs great.

The dealer who sold me the "rebuilt" pump can't understand what
went wrong, 
but says he'll exchange the pump for another.

I think next year I'll treat the truck to a Giles pump from Canada.
