[Vwdiesel] Rebuilt IP / Engine Won't Start

you're welcome Bill.
If your pump is like mine, be prepared to have it start to leak in the 
next 6 mos or so.  Seems like the seals get old faster when not in use, 
then they fail shortly after being put back into service.
I know, yay :-(
Now you know, and can keep an eye on it moreso than usual.
