[Vwdiesel] Windshield Wiper Arm Removal

What screws?  The only ones I spotted were the four holding the access 
cover for the cabin air filter.

Of course, I'm still trying to get the wiper arms off.  Normally not a 
problem...but on this car, apparently so.
