A seal puller helps to get the seal out and you can use the old seal on top of the new one to lightly hammer in. That should seal that issue. If you don't have the tools to do the wheel bearing you can get the whole assembly from parts place and send your cores back. Or you can rent the tools from them or do it the way Roger did his on his web site. I didn't have tools where I was interning so I did the whole hub on mine.

I gave up on the re-man axles, sure, lifetime warranty but after replacing mine 2-3 times 
each, I picked up some new axles from German Auto Parts for about $100 ea.  Got rid of the 
vibration issues I was having with the re-man axles.
