[Vwdiesel] Grumpy starting (was How old is everyone?)

I met a guy that said he plugged his car in all year round, including in the hot summer because he felt starting hot was better for the engine. I agree with him, but wouldn't plug in the car!

I am currently looking into getting a heater for my '92 Cabriolet as much because I want the heater to work right off as I think it will be better for the engine.

My friend wants me to install a heater in his TDI Jetta, so I told him I'd put his in if he would buy mine!

Also, I just thought of the fact that I ran the wrecked Passat off the garden hose last summer. Darn it, I gotta go out and somehow get some antifreeze in there, and it is cold!
