[Vwdiesel] Cold TDI <== Coolant Glow Plugs

My '97 Jetta TDI 5sp has the plugs.  They work fairly well (at least in the
temperate Vancouver Island).  Don't know if they were present on auto trans
cars (can't think of any obvious reasons why they would not be).
