92 Jetta gets 43 driving hard (not sure about driving easy ;), 09 TDI gets 37 driving hard, maybe 41 or 42 driving easy- which you do b/c they put the mileage right in your face.
That mileage was very disapointing...

I dunno about the pickups, but my TDI weighs about twice as much as the A1
diesels, and makes about the same MPG, so that's about doubling the
efficiency, right? :)
