I'm not so sure it's "legal" to convert a gasser. I seem to recall an 
inspection law here in NY that you can, or could "if" that car had that 
particular option. I'll have to ask my inspection guy and see what the 
real scoop is for NY.

Also, I think they now have a U.S. version of topgear and they, the US 
guys were converting the rabbit, so I imagine they would be talking US 
gallons.
