Good price on the resistor, about $5 less than I can get it for but
I can get the heater motor/fan for just under $50! :-)
Most likely you have a blown speed resistor since high works. Often
a sticking motor will blow the resistor since it can't generate enough
back emf and draws too much current. Fuseable link???
