Step on the brake and see if the noise goes away. Missing
anti-rattle clips is usually the cause of bump rattles. Another
possibility is a little more clunky and it's the spacers in the top
of the strut mount (A1 body). The spacers sometime leave a
little too much space and it'll rattle. It'll respond to lifting on
the bumper moreso than pushing.
