I just recently got an 89' Jetta.  My problem is the steering.  It used to
have power steering, that was removed.  Now, it's hard to turn the wheel for
parking etc.  It's fine on the road, but in tight, it's a little tough.  My
question, were all Jetta's that year power steering, or not?   If not what
is the difference between them?
