  You actually don't have to change the intake manifold, you just 
need the elbow to replace the straight piece and then swap the 
hole that has the cover over it.  
  The rest sounds about right.  Probably all accessories (alt, A/C, PS) 
will have to chang mounts to Rabbit style.
