  You actually don't have to change the intake manifold, you just 
need the elbow to replace the straight piece and then swap the 
hole that has the cover over it.

I had to change intakes, as someone had already stripped the intake off.
  
  The rest sounds about right.  Probably all accessories (alt, A/C, PS) 
will have to chang mounts to Rabbit style.

Think I have this part covered, but was just made aware of the oil pan situation.
